The invention provides a method and system for carrying out strategy configuration on a multi-level mechanism, and the method comprises the steps: selecting a working scene for strategy configuration, and enabling the working scene to comprise an initialization configuration scene, a personalized configuration scene and a reset multiplexing configuration scene; and according to the selected working scene, based on the established multi-level configuration switch table, the data pointer configuration table and the service strategy configuration table, performing strategy configuration on different hierarchical mechanisms. According to the method and system, a multi-stage configuration switch table is used for controlling whether a subordinate mechanism can be subjected to personalized configuration or not; a configuration scheme of a multi-level mechanism is realized by combining configuration data in a data pointer configuration table and a service strategy configuration table, and resetting and multiplexing
