Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-temperature alloy forming grinding temperature determining method and application. The method comprises the following steps that (1) grinding parameters, workpiece attribute parameters, grinding wheel attribute parameters, grinding fluid attribute parameters, the axial contact length between a grinding wheel and a workpiece and the grinding width are determined, and the density of heat flow flowing into the surface layer of the workpiece is calculated; (2) establishing a workpiece three-dimensional model, and applying a thermal load to a processed surface of the workpiece three-dimensional model to obtain a finite element Abaqus temperature field simulation model; and (3) performing post-processing analysis on the finite element Abaqus temperature field simulation model to obtain temperature distribution nephograms of different sections and temperature change curves of different paths in each section.
