The embodiment of the invention provides a wheel set back pressure testing device which comprises a center assembly and a back pressure assembly, and the center assembly is located on the outer side of a wheel set and used for fixing and centering the wheel set and applying load to a wheel; the back pressure assembly is located on the inner side of the wheel set. The back pressure assembly comprises a moving table; the mounting plate is detachably and fixedly connected to the moving table; an opening through which an axle passes is formed in one side of the mounting plate; the back pressure sleeve is used for being arranged on the outer dustproof plate between the wheel and the bearing in a sleeving mode and abuts against the end face of the hub; the back pressure sleeve can abut against the side wall of the side, close to the wheels, of the mounting plate.
