CNT composite fiber and preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a CNT composite fiber and a preparation method and application thereof. The CNT composite fiber is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 80 to 95 percent of CNT and 5 to 20 percent of thermoplastic resin, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing CNT and a solvent, adding thermoplastic resin into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain a spinning solution; and (2) carrying out wet spinning on the spinning solution obtained in the step (1) to obtain the CNT composite fiber. The CNT composite fiber with high CNT content, high CNT orientation degree and excellent mechanical property is prepared by adopting a liquid crystal spinning method. 本发明提供一种CNT复合纤维及其制备方法和应用。所述CNT复合纤维包括如下重量百分含量的组分：CNT 80～95％、热塑性树脂5％～20％；所述制备方法包括如下步骤：(1)将CNT和溶剂混合均匀后，向其中加入热塑性树脂，混合均匀，得到纺丝液；(2)将步骤(1)得到的纺丝液进行湿法纺丝，得到所述CNT复合纤维。本发明采用液晶纺丝法制备得到了高CNT含量、高CNT取向度、力学性能优异的CNT复合纤维。
