Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-plasticity soluble magnesium alloy and a preparation method thereof. The magnesium alloy comprises, by mass, 0.7%-1.2% of Al, 1.1%-2.2% of Zn, 0.7%-1.5% of Ni, 0.1%-0.5% of X and the balance Mg, and X is selected from one or more of Ca, Gd, Ce and Sm. The high-plasticity soluble magnesium alloy has excellent service plasticity and moderate strength. Compared with soluble rubber, the soluble magnesium alloy has the advantages that the dissolving speed in a service environment is controllable, the soluble magnesium alloy can be completely dissolved, a hoistway cannot be blocked, and secondary drilling and milling are not needed. The rubber can replace soluble rubber to be applied to slips, sealing rings and other components of bridge plugs. The preparation method of the high-plasticity soluble magnesium alloy is simple in process, low in cost and large in industrial large-scale production potential.
