The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, the beryllium-copper alloy is obtained; s2, the beryllium copper alloy is subjected to solution treatment and quenching treatment; s3, cold machining deformation treatment is conducted on the quenched beryllium copper alloy; and S4, aging treatment is conducted on the beryllium-copper alloy subjected to cold machining deformation till the moment when a first strengthening peak of the beryllium-copper alloy appears.
