The invention aims to provide a primer group capable of detecting CAG/CTG repetitive sequences of HTT and JPH3 genes at one time based on multiple fluorescent TP-PCR and capillary electrophoresis technologies, so that specific primers and multiple PCR specific primers are obtained by screening CAG/CTG repetitive sequences of HD and HDL2 pathogenic genes HTT and JPH3 according to literature and database data and designing flanking sequences of the CAG/CTG repetitive sequences; the primer group, the screening method and the application of the primer group can be used for rapidly and simply detecting the HD and HDL2 subtypes at one time, are low in cost and are easy to comprehensively popularize and screen. 本发明的目的在于提供了一种可以一次性基于多重荧光TP-PCR和毛细管电泳技术检测HTT、JPH3基因CAG/CTG重复序列的引物组，因此，根据文献及数据库资料筛选HD和HDL2致病基因HTT、JPH3的CAG/CTG重复序列及其侧翼序列的设计得到特异性引物及多重PCR特异引物，发明一种可以一次性快速、简单、成本低、易于全面推广筛查地检测HD和HDL2亚型的引物组、筛查方法及其应用。
