Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a full-length mouse RYR1 gene exogenous expression plasmid as well as a construction method and application thereof, belongs to the field of bioengineering, and solves the problems that in the prior art, a full-length RYR1 gene is difficult to obtain through amplification, and in-vitro research requirements on RYR1 gene expression and functions cannot be met. The construction method comprises the following steps: carrying out double enzyme digestion on a pcDNA3.1-3Myc-His plasmid, so as to obtain a linearized vector; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring mouse RYR1 gene segments, and respectively connecting the gene segments to a linearized vector to construct recombinant expression plasmids containing the gene segments; amplifying the recombinant expression plasmid containing the gene segment by adopting a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification system to obtain a PCR product, and recovering the PCR product by adopting electrophoresis to obtain an amplified RYR1 g
