Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of functional polyurethane synthesis, and particularly relates to quick-curing bi-component polyurethane with a low dielectric constant/low loss tangent value as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane comprises the following step: in the presence of a cross-linking agent, an organic solvent and a catalyst, reacting aliphatic diisocyanate, a metal organic polyhedral nano material (optional) and an oligomer to prepare the hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane. The hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane with a regular structure can be obtained by selecting the aliphatic diisocyanate and the oligomer with symmetrical structures, and a film formed by the hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane and the curing agent has relatively low dielectric constant and loss tangent value.
