The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, freeze-drying a graphene oxide solution to obtain graphene oxide aerogel; in a plasma environment, the plasma radio frequency power is set to be 250 W or above, the processes of reduction, stripping and curling of the graphene oxide sheet layer can be achieved within one second, and the aerogel material rich in the graphene nano-roll structure is obtained. The method has the characteristics of high efficiency, mild reaction conditions, low cost and environmental protection, and is easier to realize large-scale production.
