Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of submerged arc furnace operation, and particularly discloses a drill rod straightening method and system of a submerged arc furnace discharging robot, and the method comprises the steps that a drill rod is controlled to rotate axially, and the postures of a target part of the drill rod at different rotation angles relative to a reference plane are obtained; wherein the reference plane is axially parallel to the root of the drill rod; and under the condition that the posture meets the preset condition, the target part of the drill rod is straightened based on the rotation angle corresponding to the posture. According to the method, automatic straightening of the drill rod can be achieved without manual observation, then the tapping robot can achieve full-automatic operation of the tapping step, and therefore the production efficiency of the submerged arc furnace is improved.
