Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method for synthesizing an HZSM-5 catalyst by utilizing montmorillonite, which comprises the following steps: by taking Na-montmorillonite as a raw material, carrying out lava activation treatment on the Na-montmorillonite, and preparing the HZSM-5 catalyst from the activated montmorillonite, tetraethoxysilane, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide and water through a hydrothermal method and an ammonia exchange method. The invention also discloses an application and an application method of the HZSM-5 catalyst synthesized by utilizing the montmorillonite, the HZSM-5 catalyst and commercial CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 are physically mixed to obtain the montmorillonite-based HZSM-5 bifunctional catalyst, the montmorillonite-based HZSM-5 bifunctional catalyst is used in a dimethyl ether steam reforming hydrogen production reaction, the initial dimethyl ether conversion rate is 100%, and the initial dimethyl ether conversion rate is 100%.
