Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of nano biological materials, and discloses pH responsive polypeptide-curcumin co-assembled hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polypeptide is Nap-FFKKK, that is, the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is FFKKK, and the N end of the amino acid sequence is connected with a Nap end-capping group. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving polypeptide Nap-FFKKK in a PBS (Phosphate Buffer Solution) with the pH value of 7.0-8.0, then adding a curcumin/DMSO (Dimethylsulfoxide) solution, then adding a NaOH aqueous solution to adjust the pH value of the system to 7.8-8.0, and standing at room temperature until hydrogel is formed, so as to obtain the pH responsive polypeptide-curcumin co-assembled hydrogel.
