Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of novel food preservation, and provides an ultrahigh-pressure non-freezing preservation method for a fishing boat. The device mainly comprises a hydraulic pressurizing device, a refrigerating device, an ultrahigh pressure storage device, a plurality of sensors and a plurality of valves. The hydraulic pressurizing device is used for providing ultrahigh pressure for the ultrahigh pressure storage device. The refrigeration device is used for maintaining the temperature in the ultrahigh pressure storage device. Through the change of the pressure, non-freezing preservation of the fished products is achieved at the low temperature of-15 DEG C, the storage quality of the fished products is improved, and the loss of the nutritional value is reduced. 本发明属于新型食品保鲜技术领域，提供了一种用于捕捞渔船的超高压非冻保鲜方法。本装置主要包括以下几个部分：液压加压装置，制冷装置，超高压储藏装置及若干传感器、阀件。液压加压装置用于为超高压储藏器提供超高压力。制冷装置用于维持超高压储藏器中的温度。通过压力的变化，使捕捞产品在-15℃低温下实现非冻保鲜，提高捕捞产品的储藏品质、减小营养价值的损失。
