A vehicle-mounted control device (1) is provided with a duty ratio control unit (21), a current control unit (22), and a switching unit (23). A duty ratio control unit (21) performs duty ratio control for turning on and off the switch at a set duty ratio. The current control unit (22) performs current control for changing the current supplied to the resistor unit (11A) while maintaining a state in which the current is supplied to the resistor unit (11A).
