According to the embodiment of the invention, the access signal of the external power supply to the driving circuit is detected, the external power supply is determined to be connected to the driving circuit, the relay is driven to disconnect the switching tubes connected with the battery from the first to third phase windings so as to enable the external power supply to charge each winding, and then each switching tube can be controlled to be in a turn-off state. The capacitor is charged by each phase winding; and finally, controlling a switch tube connected with the battery to be in an on state, and controlling the switch tube, the capacitor and the battery to form a loop, so that the capacitor charges the battery.
