The invention discloses a motor control method and device, a motor and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the rotation conversion, AD conversion and filtering processing based on the DC bus voltage, duty ratio signal and alpha-beta axis current of the motor, and obtaining a rotor rotation speed detection value of the motor; based on the given rotor rotating speed of the motor and the rotor rotating speed detection value of the motor, the dq-axis given current value of the motor is obtained through control of a rotating speed ring; based on the dq-axis given current value of the motor and the three-phase current of the motor, a target duty ratio signal of the motor is obtained through control of a current loop; and controlling on-off of a power switch tube in the inverter according to the target duty ratio signal of the motor. According to the scheme, the rotary transformer is adopted to collect the position of the motor rotor, analog-to-digital conversion and filtering processi
