The invention provides a GIS (Geographic Information System) equipment display method, which comprises the following steps of: generating an overall three-dimensional model of GIS equipment according to data of the GIS equipment; generating a management ledger of the overall three-dimensional model according to the overall three-dimensional model; wherein the management ledger is of a multi-level structure and sequentially comprises an equipment level, a unit level, a structure level and a component level from top to bottom; the management ledger comprises nodes of each level and serial numbers of the nodes; according to the management ledger, configuring a display mode of the three-dimensional model corresponding to the node of each level, and generating a transparent three-dimensional model; wherein the display mode comprises a hidden mode, a semitransparent mode, a normal mode and a highlight mode; establishing an opening and closing model database of an opening and closing structure of the GIS equipment;
