Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and provides a method for researching a terahertz biological effect based on micro-nano droplets, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a target biological sample into a micro-nano droplet sample; step 2, carrying out terahertz irradiation on the micro-nano droplet sample by using a terahertz irradiation device; and step 3, detecting the change of the target biochemical index in the target biological sample before and after terahertz irradiation. The technical method provided by the invention effectively solves the problem that the terahertz biological effect is difficult to research due to the loss of the solvent water on the terahertz wave, and can realize the exploration of the terahertz radiation biological effect under near physiological conditions.
