The low-strength and high-bearing-capacity composite pile comprises a pile body, a grating framework, a bearing piece and a guide head. The grating framework is installed in the pile body. The bearing piece is installed at the top end of the pile body, and the top end of the grating framework extends into the bearing piece and is connected with the bearing piece. The guide head is installed in the pile body and connected with the bottom end of the grating framework. A low-strength high-bearing-capacity composite pile construction technology comprises the steps that a hole is drilled in a foundation, and a pile body material is poured; before initial setting of a pile body material, the pile body material is placed into a grating framework through a guide head to form a pile; and the grating framework is connected with the bearing piece. The grid framework can be better and conveniently inserted into the pile body through the guide
