Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, and particularly discloses an anti-crack ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) material as well as a preparation method and an injection molding process thereof. The anti-crack ABS material is prepared from 100 parts of ABS resin, 7 to 12 parts of modified potassium titanate whisker and 0.5 to 1 part of initiator, the preparation method of the modified potassium titanate whisker comprises the following steps: carrying out surface treatment on the potassium titanate whisker by adopting amino silane, stirring and mixing the treated potassium titanate whisker with epoxy-terminated allyl polyether and an organic solvent, and drying to obtain modified potassium titanate fiber; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the ABS resin, the modified potassium titanate whisker and the initiator, carrying out a melting reaction at 180-220 DEG C for 0.5-1 h, and carrying out extrusion granulation to obtain the anti-crack ABS materi
