Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a full-bio-based itaconate rubber sole material and a preparation method thereof. The full-bio-based itaconate rubber sole material comprises 100 parts of raw rubber, 10-15 parts of plant fibers, 30-60 parts of white carbon black, 1.5-2 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1-8 parts of an activator, 3-9 parts of an anti-aging agent, 5-15 parts of a plasticizer, 5-10 parts of resin, 0.5-5 parts of an accelerant and 1-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent. The raw rubber comprises full bio-based itaconate rubber and natural rubber in a mass ratio of (40-95): (5-60); the resin is selected from one or more of terpene resin, coumarone resin, petroleum resin and styrene resin.
