Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of converter devices, and discloses a method and a system for improving the high-temperature insulation performance of a blended film of a converter device. Polypropylene (PP), a high-temperature-resistant cycloolefin copolymer (COC) and a substituted aryl phosphate salt nucleating agent are mixed, and the high-temperature insulation performance of the blended film of the converter device is improved by regulating and controlling the mixing ratio. The blend film with better microstructure and dielectric property is obtained, the breakdown performance of the polypropylene film at high temperature is improved, and the method is simple, effective and low in cost; according to the invention, the problems of poor high-temperature insulation performance effect and high cost of the existing blended film are solved.
