Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to design of AIE heptamethine cyanine photosensitizer molecules, in particular to molecules with aggregation-induced emission characteristics, and the molecules have efficient I-type active oxygen generation capacity and excellent photothermal conversion efficiency. The photosensitizer molecule has an obvious lysosome and mitochondrial double organelle targeting effect, and has good biocompatibility. The photosensitizer phototherapy agent can realize collaborative treatment of I-type photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy guided by dual-mode imaging of fluorescence imaging (FLI) and photothermal imaging (PTI), and the treatment efficiency of hypoxic tumors is improved. 本发明涉及一类AIE七甲川花菁光敏剂分子的设计,具体地本发明涉及了一类具有聚集诱导发光特性的分子,其具有高效的Ⅰ型活性氧产生能力和出色的光热转换效率。该光敏剂分子具有明显的溶酶体和线粒体双细胞器靶向作用,并且具备良好的生物相容性。该光敏剂光疗剂可以实现荧光成像(FLI)和光热成像(PTI)双模态成像引导的Ⅰ型光动力治疗和光热治疗的协同治疗,提高乏氧肿瘤的治疗效率。
