The step-by-step low-cost method comprises the following steps: (1) cultivating a new flax strain with high alpha-linolenic acid content; (2) peeling flaxseeds to improve the alpha-linolenic acid content of flaxseed kernels; (3) preparing oil through normal-temperature hydraulic pressing; (4) purifying and clarifying the content of alpha-linolenic acid in the linseed kernel oil through a low-temperature separation method; and (5) purifying the content of alpha-linolenic acid by using a urea adduction method. An existing economical and practical method for purifying highly unsaturated fatty acid through a urea adduction method and other innovative purification methods are combined together according to the reasonable process sequence and economical efficiency, the alpha-ethyl linolenate with the linolenic acid content reaching 91.7% is finally obtained, and the comprehensive yield is 8.34%; compared with an existing alph |
