The water-based solvent tape casting method comprises the following steps: a, uniformly coating a tape casting base film with water-based slurry; b, carrying out dehydration treatment on the water-based slurry coated on the casting base membrane through a microwave heating drying tunnel; c, the dehydrated water-based slurry is leveled through a first scraper; d, drying and forming the leveled water-based slurry through a hot air heating box to obtain a green sheet; the water-based slurry is subjected to dehydration treatment in the microwave heating process, so that the efficiency is high in the full drying process, and the condition of blank cracking is avoided; in addition, the dehydrated water-based slurry is leveled through the first scraper, so that the surface of the tape casting green sheet obtained after sufficient drying is smooth, and the batch production standard is met.
