According to the method, phenol and glycine react to generate a collophanite selective agent with COOH and NH groups, compared with an oleic acid collecting agent, the agent can be preferentially adsorbed on the surface of dolomite and floats the dolomite, the collecting capacity for apatite is very weak, the dosage of a sulfuric acid inhibitor can be reduced by 30-50%, and the grade and the recovery rate of P2O5 in apatite concentrate are both remarkably improved. By means of the collecting agent, dolomite flotation can be achieved within the pH range of 5-6, the foam flowability is high, and operation is easy.
