Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, and relates to a near-infrared light triggered degradable dual-response nano drug delivery system as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The nano drug-loading system comprises a thermosensitive liposome, drug-loading nanoparticles are encapsulated in a hydrophilic cavity of the thermosensitive liposome, photothermal conversion molecules and thrombin response peptide are loaded on a hydrophobic layer, and platelet targeting peptide is contained on the surface of the thermosensitive liposome. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the drug-loaded nanoparticles; and (2) preparing the nano drug delivery system.
