Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides application of a hepatocyte nuclear factor HNF4beta in preparation of fishing biological products for preventing and/or treating fish diseases, and belongs to the technical field of biology. In-vivo experiments show that overexpression of the hepatocyte nuclear factor HNF4beta in fish bodies can effectively prevent and/or inhibit pathogenic bacteria, especially Edwardsiella fish killing, SVCV (spring virus of carp) and GCRV (grass carp reovirus). Meanwhile, the hepatocyte nuclear factor HNF4beta can effectively regulate and control an immune system, control occurrence of hepatobiliary syndromes and remarkably improve the survival rate of juvenile fishes. In addition, it is proved for the first time that HNF4beta can effectively control liver and gall syndrome induced infection of GCRV. The invention provides a molecular target for prevention and control of infectious diseases, metabolic diseases and infectious diseases induced by the metabolic diseases of cyprinid fishes.
