Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to application of ascorbic acid in relieving cadmium stress of watermelons, and belongs to the technical field of watermelon planting. Experimental results show that ascorbic acid can relieve cadmium stress symptoms of watermelons, and yield reduction or plant death when the watermelons are subjected to cadmium stress is avoided. The ascorbic acid has the effects of increasing the plant height of the watermelons under the cadmium stress, increasing the fresh weight of the watermelons under the cadmium stress, increasing the root length of the watermelons under the cadmium stress and reducing the quality of the cadmium element transferred from the roots of the watermelons to the parts (leaves) above the roots of the watermelons, and can be used for relieving the cadmium stress of the watermelons. 本发明涉及抗坏血酸在缓解西瓜镉胁迫中的应用,属于西瓜种植技术领域。实验结果表明,抗坏血酸可以缓解西瓜镉胁迫症状,避免西瓜受到镉胁迫时产量下降或者植株死亡。抗坏血酸具有提高镉胁迫下西瓜的株高、提高镉胁迫下西瓜的鲜重、提高镉胁迫下西瓜的根长、降低由西瓜的根部向西瓜根部以上部分(叶片)转移的镉元素质量的作用,可以用于缓解西瓜镉胁迫。
