The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, etching a common graphite felt I by virtue of an H2O2 solution, so that a graphite felt II obtained after etching has hydrophilicity and is beneficial to deposition of a titanium carbide Mxene dispersion liquid on a graphite felt III, and then carrying out crosslinking by virtue of polyvinyl alcohol PVA, so that titanium carbide is attached to the graphite felt III, so as to obtain the graphite felt. The graphite felt has good
