The method comprises the following steps: sending data of a patient to a data storage unit by utilizing an output data unit; a data operation unit is used for carrying out patient individualized analysis; food types are automatically identified and classified through the food identification and classification unit; the weighing unit automatically senses the weight of food, and food category information and the actual weight are displayed on the display screen through the display unit; extracting a food component database by using a data operation unit and combining the obtained food category and weight information, and performing food component content conversion according to the actual weight of the food and the food component database to obtain detailed numerical values of the food components before meal; the data operation unit automatically calculates the detailed numerical val
