The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first water asset data and first traditional data of each target region in a target region; performing feature extraction on the first water affair asset data and the first traditional data according to feature categories to obtain first feature data and second feature data; training based on the first feature data to obtain a commercial potential evaluation model, and training based on the second feature data to obtain a commercial site selection risk model; integrating the commercial potential assessment model and the commercial site selection risk model to obtain an optimal commercial site selection model; and processing the second water affair asset data and the second traditional data of each candidate region in the target region in sequence, and determining an optimal commercial site selection.
