The method comprises the following steps: establishing a stay cable theoretical model under boundary disturbance to obtain a cable-beam transmissibility function; measuring a cable-beam vibration response excited by a random vehicle in a bridge operation state, or reconstructing a beam end response of each inhaul cable based on a limited measurement point response of a main beam of the existing monitoring system; processing cable-beam response by adopting a Hanning window sliding along with time and discrete time Fourier transform, calculating a cable-beam transmissibility function under each time window, and identifying each order of time-varying frequency by using a peak pickup method; and the time-varying cable force and the bending rigidity of the inhaul cable are estimated |
