The method comprises the following steps: S1, reading sampling data of channel impulse response (CIR) of an ultra wide band radar echo signal; s2, processing each frame of CIR sampling data, calculating an amplitude value and a phase value, extracting a maximum amplitude value and a corresponding phase value, and respectively caching the maximum amplitude value and the corresponding phase value into a feature array; s3, judging whether the length of the feature array meets the requirement or not, and if so, respectively calculating the standard deviation of the amplitude feature array and the phase feature data set; s4, according to the standard deviation of the amplitude feature array and the phase feature data set, two kick signal trigger state candidate values are obtained through calculation, and an initial kick signal trigger state value is obtained; and S5, in combination with the time domain feature informati |
