The method comprises the following steps: carrying out infrared spectrum scanning on delaminated impurities to obtain an infrared spectrogram; if a spectral peak appears in the infrared spectrogram, judging the components of the delaminated impurities according to the position of the spectral peak, or comparing the infrared spectrogram with a standard substance infrared spectrogram library to judge the components of the delaminated impurities; if no obvious spectral peak appears in the infrared spectrogram, speculating the components of the delaminated impurities according to the color and/or texture of the delaminated impurities to obtain predicted components of the delaminated impurities, and verifying and testing the delaminated impurities to judge whether the predicted components are correct or not.
