Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of optical fiber application, and provides a granary temperature and humidity monitoring system and method based on passive optical fibers, and the system controls an optical fiber temperature measurement host to emit detection pulse laser rays through an upper computer, so that an optical fiber temperature sensor carries out the temperature monitoring in a granary. The upper computer controls the fiber bragg grating host to emit the detection pulse laser rays so as to enable the fiber humidity sensor to monitor humidity in the granary, and finally the upper computer displays temperature data and humidity data, so that a user can monitor environmental conditions of the granary in real time. The temperature and humidity in the granary are monitored through the optical fiber sensor, the monitoring precision is high, and the stability is high.
