A plurality of conical rod assemblies are installed on the bottom face of the rubber ring extending out of the bottom plate and the bottom face of the bottom plate in the radial direction of the bottom plate. And after the conical hopper is lowered into the center opening of the bottom plate, the conical rod assembly is extruded by the conical hopper to move outwards in the radial direction of the bottom plate, so that after the
