Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-strength and high-hardness Cu-Y2O3-ZrO2 alloy. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) atomic level mechanical alloying; (2) an in-situ reaction ball milling method; and (3) spark plasma sintering. Cu powder and Y powder are subjected to ball milling to obtain a Cu-Y over-solid-solution saturated body, and the Y element is evenly distributed in a copper matrix; cu-Y and ZrO2 are subjected to ball milling, the Y element is selectively oxidized, one more oxide is added during oxidation, and the composite oxidation effect is better; as copper is soft, powder particles are prone to growing and agglomerating in the ball milling process, and the obtained composite powder is large in particle size, mechanical alloying is conducted in a secondary ball milling mode, the powder aggregation and agglomeration capacity is weakened, the ball milling process is accelerated, a second phase is evenly distributed in a base body in a dispersed mode, and t |
