Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for recovering crude germanium tetrachloride from germanium distillation residues, and relates to the technical field of hydrometallurgy. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the distillation residues with sodium hydroxide to obtain a mixture; (2) roasting the mixture to obtain a roasted product; and (3) mixing the roasted product with concentrated hydrochloric acid, and distilling to obtain crude germanium tetrachloride. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the germanium distillation residues are mixed with sodium hydroxide to obtain the mixture, the mixture is subjected to high-temperature roasting, concentrated hydrochloric acid is added into the roasted material obtained after roasting for direct chlorination distillation, and then germanium is prepared. According to the method, the technological process is remarkably shortened, and the germanium recovery rate is 78.78% on average when the method is used for recovering germanium.
