Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses GREM1 as a biomarker for predicting non-small cell lung cancer metastasis or poor prognosis and application of the GREM1, and relates to the technical field of biological medicine. The biomarker is a GREM1 gene. The invention also provides application of the reagent for detecting the expression quantity of the GREM1 gene in the lung tissue in preparation of the following products (1) or (2): (1) a product for predicting non-small cell lung cancer metastasis; and (2) a product for predicting poor prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
