Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural biology, in particular to a rice acetolactate synthase mutant gene as well as an encoding protein and application thereof. The ALS mutant protein is obtained, and compared with a rice wild type ALS protein, the ALS mutant protein contains double mutation that histidine at the 101 < th > site is mutated into proline, and leucine at the 104 < th > site is mutated into glutamine. The combination of the mutant protein is reported for the first time, so that the rice has higher resistance to pyrimidinesalicylic acid and other herbicides. The mutant protein is used for constructing a plant screening expression vector to obtain a mutant, and the mutant can be subsequently used as a transgenic screening vector to be added with other functional elements for plant gene transformation.
