The invention further discloses a preparation method of the streptomyces fusiformis. The strain and the fungicide thereof can be used for treating Korean pine rhizoctonia solani, red adzuki bean colletotrichum gloeosporioides, symbiotic microporus, apple shell monochromatic alternaria solani, exserohilum turcicum, tobacco target leaf spot, fusarium moniliforme, muskmelon vine cutting pathogen, pepper colletotrichum gloeosporioides, dahurian larch shoot pathogen, blueberry canker pathogen, poplar skin rot pathogen and valsa mali.
