Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-fluidity flame-retardant nylon material, and belongs to the technical field of polyamide composites.The preparation method comprises the steps that oxidized ink is subjected to mechanical ultrasonic stripping to obtain graphene oxide; then carrying out organic modification on the prepared graphene oxide by using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; and then, carrying out melt blending on the prepared modified graphene oxide and high-fluidity PA6, so as to prepare the nano PA6 flame-retardant composite material with high fluidity. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the MCA flame retardant through GO modification, after MCA is modified, the limit oxygen index of the polyamide composite material is increased to a certain extent on the original basis, no molten drops are generated, and the surface carbon residue amount is obviously increased; the flame retardant grade of UL94 V-0 can be reached.
