According to the organic light-emitting material, electron donors such as spirothioxanthene (9, 9 '-spirobis [thioxanthene], spiro [thioxanthene-9, 9'-xanthene] and 10-phenyl-spiro [acridine-9, 9 '-thioxanthene]) serve as cores, aromatic substituent groups are introduced to the positions 2 and 7 of the electron donors, the spirothioxanthene structure can adjust the property of intramolecular charge transfer, and multi-channel charge transfer is achieved; the exciton utilization rate is improved and the working life is prolonged.
