According to the ceramic nanowire aerogel, flexible and bendable nanowires are mutually penetrated, staggered and overlapped in the three-dimensional direction to form an isotropic nanowire network framework, and overlapping points between the nanowires are subjected to multiple coordination reaction through a single-tooth or bridging inorganic cross-linking agent and then are tightly bonded; the sandwich structure refers to an upper layer of ceramic nanowire aerogel, a lower layer is a compact layer doped with an anti-radiation agent, and a middle layer is a fluffy layer not doped with the anti-radiation agent. The upper layer and the lower layer are compact layers doped with anti-radiation agents and can absorb infrared heat radiation within the wavelength range of 2-10 microns;
