Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an optical fiber active take-up and pay-off system of an autonomous control underwater robot for a water tunnel, which comprises a main control device and a take-up and pay-off device, the main control device is electrically connected with the take-up and pay-off device, the take-up and pay-off device is provided with a tension measuring device and a speed measuring device, and when the take-up and pay-off device takes up and pay off an optical fiber, the tension measuring device is electrically connected with the speed measuring device. The tension measuring device and the speed measuring device are used for measuring the tension and the speed of the optical fiber and transmitting measuring signals to the main control device; and the main control device controls the receiving and releasing device based on the received measurement signal.
