Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides cooled sheet-shaped reclaimed rubber and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: adding reclaimed rubber into a single-screw extruder, extruding through a round mouth die, splitting by a blade at an outlet to form sheet-shaped reclaimed rubber, continuously feeding the sheet-shaped reclaimed rubber into a water tank added with a separant, and extruding by a twin-screw extruder to obtain the sheet-shaped reclaimed rubber.
