Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an oil fume purifying and filtering device which comprises a shell, a primary filtering layer group and a secondary filter, wherein an ascending oil fume channel is limited in the shell; the primary filtering layer group and the secondary filter are positioned in the shell; the primary filtering layer group is rotationally connected to the shell and is provided with a driver for driving the primary filtering layer group to rotate; the device further comprises a detector and a controller, the detector is used for detecting the oil accumulation amount of the primary filter layer group, and the controller is used for controlling the driver to rotate and adjust the primary filter layer group according to the detection result of the detector; the shell is provided with an oil discharge mechanism, and the oil discharge mechanism is used for discharging oil on the primary filter layer group out of the shell when the primary filter layer group is in an inclined state.
