Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of an METTL14 inhibitor in preparation of a medicine for preventing and treating skin injury. The invention discloses that the m6A level of human keratinocyte HaCaT cells, human skin fibroblast WS1 cells and animal tissues is reduced by medium-wave ultraviolet (UVB) radiation for the first time, and is mediated by the down-regulation of the METTL14 protein level. Skin injury can be treated by down-regulating expression of METTL14, and a new thought is provided for preparation of intervention targets of drugs for treating ultraviolet-induced skin radiation injury.
本发明公开了METTL14的抑制剂在制备用于预防和治疗皮肤损伤药物中的应用。本发明首次揭示了中波紫外线(ultraviolet B,UVB)辐射下调人角质形成细胞HaCaT细胞和人皮肤成纤维细胞WS1细胞及动物组织的m6A水平,并由METTL14蛋白水平下调介导。下调METTL14的表达可以治疗皮肤损伤,为制备治疗紫外线诱导皮肤辐射损伤药物的干预靶点提供新的思路。 |
